A COMMUTER’S GUIDE
TO LIFE AT RIVERSIDE HOME
Connect with one of central Toronto’s most convenient locations. Riverside Home provides one of the GTA’s most balanced and connected lifestyles. This amazing location just moments from the corner of Black Creek and Lawrence puts you in the perfect position to get to all of the GTA’s top destinations quickly and conveniently. In fact, you might argue that Riverside Home has some of the best overall access to transit and highways in the city. Let’s take a closer look at some of the ways Riverside makes it easier to get around.
TTC AT YOUR DOORSTEP
The 52 Lawrence Bus can be found just a few short steps from your door at Riverside Home. Traveling between Pearson International Airport and Lawrence, this bus is part of Toronto’s 10-minute network, which means that service is available every 10 minutes or less, all day, every day.
A quick ride on the 52 Bus brings you to Lawrence Subway Station, from here, you can get virtually anywhere in the downtown core in about 30 minutes. Yorkdale Shopping Centre is just one stop north, and the new Line 1 subway extension means you can get to York University and Vaughan City Centre faster than ever before on transit. So whichever way you’re headed, you have options here.
FUTURE EGLINTON CROSSTOWN
Ride the bus or subway south to Eglinton and you’ll soon be able to connect to the new Line 5 of our transit system, also known as the Elginton Crosstown. Projected to open in 2021, the Crosstown will connect riders from Mount Dennis in the west to Kennedy in the East. This will create a new rapid connection throughout midtown Toronto that will radically improve the way people move in this city.
HWY. 400, 401 & 427
Riverside Home is ideally located for motorists as well. With the Hwy. 400 entrance just moments north, your summer trips to cottage country will be a true pleasure. Riverside also provides easy access to Hwys. 401 and 427, making it easy to get to all of the GTA’s most popular destinations in no time flat.
